  this building is under new ownership and management. i find these new people to be less friendly and less understanding. they dont give proper notice, sometimes no notice, sending bills with random numbers of money you owe, dont really listen to tenants (act like they know everything), even my attorney had trouble comunicating with them. this place is really stressful. the rules alone are stressful, over 74 rules, to add the stress of landlords who act like this is just to much. I even got a letter about my lease being terminated and i had to leave the apartment in 7 days. talked to office and was told not to worry about it. at first i just blamed it on the fact that they just got the building, however now it has been 11 months they should know what they are doing by now?! anyway good luck to anyone who has to live here.
