  Last time a gentleman did my nails, they were beautiful. I was very happy. Today I went back for a fill in and polish change, the gentleman wasn't there so a gal did the nails...my goodness! Not only did they goop the gel, cut uneven, and not even shaped, but they charged me twice what was charged last time! The only good thing I can say is I like the color. I am horrified. I will not go back.
