  The campsite R-11 is on a hill and overlooked a huge group of people. There were about 10 cars and they bought all the camp sites, I think it was the W ones and they had gazebos in the middle. The rules say to shut up at 11 PM sharp but they were partying until about 4 AM and they were all drunk and screaming and cackling. The rules need to be enforced by the people riding the golf carts. They only came by about three times starting at about 2 PM and they didn’t come by during the night to check that everybody had shut up.
