  I hired this company to perform a level 1 inspection and cleaning 3 months ago. The technician who performed the services was very friendly, but rather unorganized. He didn't know that he was supposed to clean the chimney, and had to be reminded to do so. The cleaning was done very quickly and the results were poor; there were clearly visible spots that had not been touched. He didn't even get on the roof to clean the top of chimney, as the ladder had already been put away at that point.
  
  However, the biggest problem I had was that they never delivered the inspection report that I paid for. I've called multiple times, and even stopped in to their office to speak with the owner, who assured me that I would have it within a few days. This was about a month ago. Now, every time I call I get no answer...I just want my money back at this point because I do not trust this company at all. After sharing my bad experience with my neighbor, she told me that she had also had a bad experience with this company.
